The roomy tent has a 49.51 square foot interior which is plenty of room for up to three campers. There are doors on 3 of the hexagonal-shaped structure's 6 walls. This design provides a convenient entryway for each camper and, thanks to zip-open mesh panels, allows you to vent the tent. An included "Tentertainment Center" suspends from the ceiling of the tent to stash a phone, tablet, other electronics, power cores, or clothes and gear to enhance livability by getting things up off the floor.
The tent's pole architecture and integrated sleeves give the domed tent sturdy, reliable, freestanding structure, but stakes and guyline are also included to ensure a taut pitch. The included SudStake even doubles as a bottle opener! The body of the single-wall tent is 75D polyester taffeta with a water-resistant finish and 40D polyester mesh. A mesh ceiling panel provides full view of the night sky but also has a 75D polyester PU-coated fly panel so that you have full weather protection when not watching the stars. Integrated high/low vents help to promote airflow and combat condensation. The durable 75D polyester floor is also bolstered by a PU coating.
The North Face Homestead Domey 3 Footprint (sold separately) can be used to increase protection against mud, ground water, and sharp objects like rocks, exposed roots, and pine needles.
